How to...

Log in

  1. On top-right section of the page, find the 'log in' link and click on it
  2. Enter your username (e-mail)
  3. Enter password
  4. Click 'Log in'

Change password:

  1. If you are already logged in, first log out
  2. Click 'Change Password'
  3. Enter username, old password and confirm new password
  4. Log in with your new credentials

Reset your own password:

  1. Go to the log in screen (click 'Log in')
  2. Click 'forgot my password
  3. Enter your login e-mail and click 'Reset'
  4. Find your new password in your e-mail

Add Tenders

  1. Log in
  2. Click 'NEW TENDER/
  3. Enter Tender Details and Save

Add new project

  1. Log in
  2. Click 'NEW PROJECT'
  3. Enter Project details
  4. Click 'Next'
  5. Capture the baseline data on this new project

Capture/Edit Project's baseline data

  1. Log in to the system
  2. In the search (on top of page) field, enter the name of project, or its reference, or just a keyword from its title
  3. By default, the system will go to the first stage. You can go to another stage by clicking on the stage name
  4. Capture the project details in the fields given.
  5. In the case of multiple fields (such as bidders) you click on 'Add' and capture each one
  6. When done, click 'Save' (at bottom of page.

Track & analyze project

  1. Log in to the system
  2. The project will be on the list if you have already captured it.
  3. Click 'track' against that project
  4. Go to the parameter(s) you want to update and click 'Update'
  5. A window will pop up for you to enter new values and comments
  6. Enter the actual values and click 'Save'
  7. To view the graph for quantitative fields, click 'Analyze' - this will take you to the graph

Add an Entity

  1. Log in
  2. Click 'NEW ENTITY'
  3. Enter the entity's details
  4. Click 'Save'
  5. You can add another entity by clickin 'Add Entity'
